It is a pleasure to share with our friends and colleagues from abroad the english version of the educational video on “Wind Effects on Gothic Cathedrals”. Special thanks go to Voxon Verba Manent for the dubbing together with a new editing by UniFi Multimedia Laboratory. A very fine work. It was an extremely interesting campaign promoted by Prof. Paolo Vannucci (Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines) concerning the characterization of the wind induced pressure field around the gothic cathedral of Notre Dame in paris. The reseach project is a joint venture of University of Florence (CRIACIV), Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (I2M Laboratory at IMC Department).
