In the beginning of September we were asked to present the ongoing activities within a focus on Wind in general. It’s been a plesasure to show the extremely interesting campaign promoted by Prof. Paolo Vannucci (Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines) concerning the characterization of the wind induced pressure field around the gothic cathedral of Notre Dame in paris. The reseach project is a joint venture of University of Florence (CRIACIV), Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (I2M Laboratory at IMC Department). The troupe of the well known program “Unomattina Estate”, actually broadcasted by national public broadcasting company of Italy (RAI) on RaiUno channel, filmed some laboratory activities, illustrated by the Laboratory Staff to the interviewer Cristina Conforti.
